transcribe is a great software product.i have only used it a few times so farbut it is user friendlly. it is fast to startusing it. it is way better than using the boss guitar trainer which is not user friendly.guitar trainer has too many buttons and menus that do what they want and not what you want. transcribe is the best.michael

this software is great. it is easy to use.it saves alot of time. i use to use the guitar trainer by boss. it is not user friendly like Transcribe is.

Great Product This is a very useful tool for musicians. I've had this product for 3 days and I already made sense of some bebop lines that were previously mind-boggling. It makes the job of transcribing much less intimidating.

Just love the ease of it I have been using this program for a couple of weeks now and love its ease. I wish that the functions were a bit more user friendly as far as cutting out background noise. There should be a button for that instead of going into the settings all the time.

So far this is a very nice piece of software First, I have been playing guitar for over 30 years. I play mainly blues, rock, some funk and jazz. I have been trying the demo version today on various songs that I couldn't master. I find it very helpful in learning some riffs that I hadn't fully learned before. I like the ability to play things at slower speeds. On some songs, I only slow it down a little bit on others, I slow it down more. It takes some time to get used to the various speeds. However, I will say at this point, I could play the entire solo ...

I really like this software. I wish I had known about it a long time ago...It would have made my piano studies so much easier. I can\'t tell you how many times (thousands maybe) I listened to song passages trying to figure out exactly what notes were being played and wishing I could slow down the music without distorting it. Well, from what I\'ve listened to so far, this software seems to do the trick. I think I\'ll be using it a lot.

Big disappointment - doesn\'t run under Ubuntu 10.10 at all. At first, looks good, nice features, but reality starts with not finding audio files, after successful detection, a hanging sound file, random shut-downs on mouse-clicks, finally got hanging till force-quit.

The product is great. I just wish it supports more audio formats like the windows version.

I am not able to install and run this on ubuntu.

using with Ubuntu 10.04 on Macbook laptop.works well, a bit unstable.when I press play on foot pedal (Infinity IN-USB-1) there is always a jump forward by 30secs - I have not found yet any way to fix that.An Olympus RS 24 pedal does not work. But it doesn\'t seem to be recognised as a valid device by Ubuntu.

express scribe 4.31 in ubuntu does not play any format wav, dss, mp3.... it is asking for some acm codecs, can provide me with the necessary website location to download the different codecs.Thanks in advance

Good Product under windows. Still not stable in Linux. Hot keys do not work correctly and causes the program to crash. When will they address this problem?

Excellent value! Especially appreciate the ability to pitch shift by cents and save the setting. This does what it says it does and does it well.

Can you download you tube songs into irehearse [there is no facility to ask questions so this was the only way]

I thought it was great but I figured out how to do what I needed to do in Logic Pro so I don\'t plan on purchasing. It\'s not as easy to pitch or temp correct in Logic Pro as it is in your program but I needed to learn how to do that in LP anyway. Sorry.

This program down loaded well but when i use it even with the mic next to my amp it won\'t pick up the low E string or D,G,B,E only A string. I had to go to other websites to retune my electric guitar.

Great Tuner!!! Used it for a couple of days and am very happy with the results. Very sensitive and accurate.Used it for Bass and Guitar. Worked well for both. I would recommend this for any string instrument player.
